  • Requests submitted before meeting this requirement will not be reviewed.

  • The final decision regarding any refund request rests solely with WordPress Senior Ahmed Ali Academy.

5. Non-Refundable Purchases

9. No Expedited Refunds

    • Any associated downloadable materials must no longer be used or retained.

12. Chargebacks

  • Before initiating a chargeback through a bank or payment provider, customers are encouraged to contact our support team to resolve the issue.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of the user’s account.

14. Duplicate Refunds

19. Downloadable Materials

  • If a course includes downloadable resources such as source code, project files, templates, documents, or other digital materials, the student agrees that these materials remain protected by copyright and may not be copied, redistributed, published, or used commercially after a refund has been approved.
  • Upon approval of a refund request, the student must permanently discontinue using all downloaded course materials.

Refund requests submitted through any other communication channels, including but not limited to:

  • Live Chat
  • Social Media
  • WhatsApp
  • Phone Calls
  • Contact Forms
  • Any third-party messaging platform

will not be accepted or reviewed.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information in the Refund Request Form, including any supporting details or documents requested during the review process.

Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may delay the review process or result in the request being declined.
